Mission
The mission of Trials365, LLC is to provide clinical trial management services in settings where patients would otherwise not have access to the latest scientific treatment options and technology. We aim to create a robust research presence that affords all patients, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status, the opportunity to participate in clinical trials. We are passionate about the benefits of clinical research and recognize that a truly diversified patient population is necessary for the development of new treatments that have the potential to benefit all individuals.

Meet the Founder
Dr. Destin Black is the only gynecologic oncologist in North Louisiana, providing specialized care for women with complex health conditions. She began her practice in 2007 at Willis-Knighton Cancer Center after completing fellowship training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she received the Michael E. Burt Award for clinical excellence.
In 2021, she earned a Master of Health Administration from LSU Shreveport to further her commitment to healthcare leadership and access. Dr. Black is currently ranked #1 on the Pre-Screening Country Leader Board for the XPORT-EC-042 endometrial cancer study.
She has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
History
After recognizing a critical gap in access to clinical research, Dr. Destin Black, MD, MHA—an experienced clinical trial investigator—founded Trials365, LLC. Her vision was to bring research opportunities to underserved clinical sites by building a strong, dedicated team and establishing a full-service infrastructure. Trials365 empowers community-based providers to offer their patients the option to participate in high-quality clinical trials, often for the first time.
